Brian Stern is a dedicated Career Ownership Coach at The Entrepreneur’s Source, committed to empowering individuals in clarifying their aspirations and goals, evaluating career possibilities, and collaboratively devising a roadmap for personal success.

Brian brings over 25 years of corporate experience in the world of media, marketing and advertising in New York City. He’s won multiple awards for his work in service of some of the world’s most respected brands and agencies. While his role centered on driving business results, his passion was always in mentoring and developing talent. After a long, successful career in Corporate America, Brian made the decision to devote himself wholeheartedly to his true passion by becoming a Career Ownership Coach.

Brian lives on the Jersey Shore (not the MTV part) with his wife of 15 years and their amazing daughter. Together they enjoy exploring the world, new foods and new cultures.

“I started with just me and one truck, working out of my garage. I now have four employees, and I am in a commercial space. The earnings potential is pretty well limitless at this point. I am busy. I do have to spend time away from my family just as I did before. But now, if I want to stay home and cook my kids breakfast, I can. On nice sunny days, if I want to cut out early to take the kids swimming, I do. I don’t just have weekends to choose from anymore.”
